Please follow through….this goes on daily, when
are the children going to come first?

  2. Meredith Says:

This situation happens every day and the public
needs to be aware. A foster parent doesn’t necessarily make a good parent. There is a difference between a place to stay and a home!

  3. Heather Addison Says:

Investigate ARC. There are many people who
would love to make a home for Brian, will this
system ever work? Why isn’t the adoption process
working? Please follow through with this story.
There are many, many, many Brians out there.

I agree with Heather. First investigate the ARC how could this have gone without their knowledge for so long?? Isn’t there both federal and state money involved here?? our tax dollars going to pay somebody who passes this child off to somebody else whle taking the stipened???
Obviously Ms Floegel cares about this child why isn’t the right thing being done for him???? Put the child first not ths system. he has a chance at a life with someone who obviously cares

  5. Patti Kent Says:

Disgusting. How dare the child not be the primary consideration in the
adoption process. It is perfectly evident to me that Ms. Floegel is sincerely
concerned about the neglect that ‘baby Brian’ has faced, and in all probability, will continue to face, if adopted by the foster mother. She has obviously done the right thing the entire time that the foster mother did the wrong thing.
GREAT SYSTEM – we reward wrong and turn our backs on right! I would
like to see a report on ‘baby Brian’s’ development and what is being done
@ this point for him by his foster mother??? Secondly, I should like for
‘baby Brian’ to be independently evaluated as well as the foster mother in
this issue, along w/Ms. Floegel. Let’s see who is truly qualified to provide
love and therapeutic development for this child.

Before you make an opinion on Ms floegols story.I ask that you ask yourself…If she contacted everyone dealing with baby bryan. Why is it that no one has acted on a child in danger.I was always told theres two sides to a story.check into it………FIRE

  7. Glo Says:

perhaps this story should be told as their is a hearing on August 5th to approve a proposed modified consent Decree in the 0n-going L.J. v Massinga …
Have we really come any further if stories like this are still being told and children still not being put first???
